Frequently asked questions

The Basics

What exactly are Kinetic Air glasses?

The Kinetic Air Scholar Series is the world’s first all-in-one assistive eye wear. It uses an invisible display to show you captions, notes, and visual aids in real-time, while bone-conduction audio allows you to hear the AI without blocking your ears.

How are they so much cheaper than the competition?

We "dogg" the old-school medical tech companies by cutting out the middleman and focusing on lean, AWS-backed cloud processing. We believe accessibility shouldn't cost as much as a used car.

Usage & Tech

How long does the battery last?

Our glasses are built for a full day of impact. You can expect 8–12 hours of continuous use on a single charge—perfect for a full day of classes or a shift at work.

Can I use these with my current prescription?

Yes. We designed our frames to be compatible with most standard prescription lenses. We are working toward a "mail-in" service where we can fit your specific prescription directly into our Kinetic Air frames.

Is bone-conduction audio safe?

Absolutely. Bone conduction has been used in medical and military tech for decades. It bypasses the eardrum to send sound directly to the inner ear, which is actually safer for your hearing over long periods than traditional earbuds

The "ClarityLoyalty" Policy

What if I break my glasses?

We know life is unpredictable. That’s why we offer our signature "First Break on Us" policy. If you accidentally break your first pair, we will replace them for free. You only pay for the shipping. No one else in the industry has your back like that.

Is there a warranty?

Beyond our breakage policy, every pair comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any hardware or software defects.

Privacy & Security

Is the AI always "listening" to me?

Your privacy is non-negotiable. The AI only activates when you trigger a specific "Mode" (like Life Captions). All data is processed through secure, encrypted AWS architecture, and we never sell or store your personal conversations.

Do I need a smartphone to use these?

Yes, the glasses sync via Bluetooth to our ClarityLens App (available on iOS and Android), which handles the heavy-duty AI processing and updates.
